In fairness to client and therapist, at least 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Massage therapy appointments missed or cancelled with no notice may be billed in full. Those clients that miss 2 standing appointments (such as weekly or every other week or monthly), will be asked to make future appointments on as needed basis.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment.
